Component Principles

  1. Categorized according to component strokes for easy searching. 
  2. Sorting Principle: Prime component first, then subordinate component. For example, "⺼" comes after "肉".
  3. Description of the component number:
    The component "心": the component number is 4005701.
    →​​​​​​​The first digit 4: it means the number of strokes, the 2nd-5th digits (0057) means the group number, and the 6th-7th (01) digits mean the number of components in this group.
    The component "㣺": the component number is 4005702.​​​​​​​
    →the 6th-7th (02) digits mean the number of components in this group.
    The component "忄": the component number is 4005703.
    →the 6th-7th (03) digits mean the number of components in this group.
